VEFA Mall floors -1 to 3 are designated for mixed-use commercial functions. The selection of the commercial entrance takes into account the surrounding roads and buildings, with the main entrance ultimately positioned at the southwest corner of the site, adjacent to the urban plaza of the Tajikistan Parliament Center. This location efficiently captures urban foot traffic while providing the main commercial entrance with a broad display frontage.

Inspired by the concept of the "Silk Road Oasis," this project integrates local cultural heritage with modern urban life to create a landmark mixed-use complex in the region. Combining retail, office, hotel, and residential functions, the development emphasizes ecological greenery and a three-dimensional urban block, forming an oasis that is both visually distinctive and socially vibrant.
