President-Endorsed Quality: The Principle PFM Has Never Compromised
This precious photo was taken on December 6, 2015, in Dushanbe, Tajikistan — 11 years ago.
It records PFM’s first project in Tajikistan: the SPA HAYOT facade EPC project. At the opening ceremony, I was the only Chinese supplier received by the President of Tajikistan.
Though the meeting lasted only a few minutes, the experience left a profound impression on me.
From that moment, I understood: PFM’s quality is quality endorsed by the President. We would never settle for ordinary.
In the years that followed, PFM went on to deliver the ISF government project in Qatar, high-end residential facade works in New York, USA, and the recently completed Tajikistan National Stadium. No matter how many countries and cities we reach, the belief in our President-endorsed quality has always stayed with me.
On September 9, 2026, the 35th Independence Day celebration of Tajikistan was held at the National Stadium. The President remarked that the stadium is a great gift to the people. My heart swelled with pride. More than 700 days and nights of rush construction, with a team of over 300 Chinese workers striving side by side — all for this remarkable moment.
In many of his speeches, the President closed with the words BA PESH, which means: Forward, never stop!
These words also inspire PFM: onward, strive forward, and never cease!
