PFM Undertake Villa Project Even During COVID-19
Due to COVID 19, many customers ask: I can not come to China, you guys can not come to my country, how can PFM handle this question ( our project) with me ?
This is a very good question, the pandemic, the COVID 19 has changed our way of working with client. But we are still doing OK job. How we did it? We will organize our team and we will tell client to organize their team. So their team is including the designer, the architect, the project manager, and the owner himself. They will have a team over there and we have our team over here, our project manager, our purchase team, and our designer, and we are moving this meeting online through zoom. And we are sending samples, client will receive the samples, we discuss the plan, we discuss the design, and we are doing the job ! Its like face to face but 80% of it.
So we are doing our job OK. We actually finished some projects in the last 2 years. One is in Sierra Leon, the 500m2 palace. Another one is 2000m2 in Tajikistan, so we are doing this way, and everything went OK.This means face to face transferred to internet.
Yes ! Maybe this is the trend in the future, actually it saved a lot of time. It became more efficient.
